I. New version of Printer's Apprentice

Welcome to the fourth installment of the Lose Your Mind Development
newsletter. We are VERY busy with a major new release of Printer's
Apprentice. Of course, we don't have a release date. But we will keep
you informed!

In the meantime, we have posted a maintenance release of PA on the
web site. This version fixes a few bugs listed in the changes.txt
file. Here are direct links to the new stuff.

Steve Young runs a fantastic font site called FontFace. The URL is below.
What makes this site different from others is the Font of the Day (FOTD).
Each day a new font is showcased and you get to vote on it. The majority
of the fonts come from independent foundries and individuals designers.
You won't find Garamond or Caslon knockoffs here. Only fresh type that
looks like it stepped out of Rolling Stone or Spin magazine. Visit

III. The next version of Printer's Apprentice
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As mentioned above, we are working on the next version of Printer's
Apprentice. We don't have a release date, but here is a brief run
down on new features.

* New interface allows you to compare and look at mutiple fonts at once.
* Browse installed fonts, uninstalled fonts and font groups from the
  same window.
* Increased support for Adobe Type Manager.
* Drag and drop, Explorer like interface for browsing fonts on disk
  and building font groups.
* Font groups allow for batch install and uninstall.
* New font catalogs and sample sheets.
